If I Won the Powerball
I saw this morning that a nice old woman won the Powerball...and $336 million!
I don't even know what that number means. Can you imagine that much cash?
I can't.
What I can imagine is what I'd do with it, however :)
If I won the Powerball...
I'd pay off my house, my parents house and my sisters future houses.
I'd pay off my and Shaun's student loans and my sisters' student loans. (would I even have much left after this?! ;))
I'd buy a house in Aruba, an apartment in Paris, an apartment on Central Park West, a sprawling estate in New Jersey and a bungalow in San Diego...and maybe a place on the Jersey shore.
I'd spend my days writing.
I'd probably adopt like 15 dogs.
I'd give a big wad of it to a few charities of choice.
I'd have a big ol' pantry with every baking ingredient, utensil and gadget under the sun.
I'd install a sweet pool and a hot tub.
I'd hire a driver so that I'd never have to take the Path again.
I'd easily fill the 300-shoe quota.
I could probably come up with 100 more things I'd love to do with $336 million! It's fun to daydream :)
What would you do if you won the Powerball?
psst...Christine Bean is posting her first vlog on The Peach and The Pit today! Head over to check it out!

I always get so carried away in those daydreams and for a second forget that I didn't actually win lol. Can I come visit your place in Aruba?
I would def. buy a house in Aruba and the 300 pairs of shoes...of course I would want bags too and an amazing walk-in closet. :-) I would also want to do a trip around the world.
My money would be spent pretty similarly. I would love to be a philanthropist! :)
Your Mom's Grandma had 5 numbers in the NY Lottery once - so for an evening she planned out her spending - we'd all be rich and happy - well the next day so many people had 5 numbers she got something like $500 - but let me tell you for that one evening did we have fun spending our "money". It's fun to dream.....love the 300 shoes and can I borrow the apt in Paris?????
I would move immediately to the beach somewhere and JUST attend school and create the course I'm working on (survey link to help me design in on my blog today)!
This post made me laugh out loud. Love the herd of puppies. Can't say I would change much from what you listed...definitely an apartment on Comm Ave in Boston also!
