Hi, I'm Rachel.

A few years ago I could barely boil water.

True story.

Determined to be a kick ass wife, I developed a love for football and learned to cook in my tiny Jersey City kitchen. I spend my days working in Manhattan, my nights and weekends chasing after a rambunctious toddler, and the hours in between cooking with my husband and feeding my TV habit...oh, and I blog about it all!

10 Weekend Scenes

Happy Cyber Monday! Will you be shopping the sales today?

We enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving, chock full of too much food, lots of family time, some relaxation and a healthy dose of early Christmas shopping (online, that is). I'm certainly feeling a bit down today after being home with Penelope for the last 5 days. She was pretty sick in the week leading up to Thanksgiving, and I'm so happy that she had time at home to sleep, relax and recharge. I have lots of pictures from the weekend so I'll let those do the talking. Enjoy kicking off the Christmas season today! I'll be listening to my new Christmas Spotify playlist to get in the mood.
