Hi, I'm Rachel.

A few years ago I could barely boil water.

True story.

Determined to be a kick ass wife, I developed a love for football and learned to cook in my tiny Jersey City kitchen. I spend my days working in Manhattan, my nights and weekends chasing after a rambunctious toddler, and the hours in between cooking with my husband and feeding my TV habit...oh, and I blog about it all!

Halloween Eats

Sharing my favorite sweet and savory Halloween eats!

{queso with blue corn tortilla chips}

I love this time of year. Not only is the weather near perfection on the East coast {and for such a short time}, but it's such a fun time to get creative with food. Halloween is one of the most fun for food creation and over the years, I've cooked and baked up a lot of great treats. Today I'm bringing you a little Throwback Thursday action and rounding up some spooktacular Halloween desserts to get you all in the spirit.

{ghoulish grilled cheese bites; bone-chillin' cheddar + ahhh-merican!}

{pumpkin-shaped cheddar cheese ball}

{blood spatter cupcakes}

{halloween cuppy cakes}

{pumpkin spice cupcakes}

{pumpkin bars + cream cheese frosting}

{pumpkin pie oatmeal}

{spiced cake batter caramel popcorn}

What are your favorite Halloween or fall-themed eats?

ICYMI: I'm pretty psyched to be included in this article, "What Busy Moms Feed Their Kids," from The Lean Green Bean! If you struggle with what to feed your young kiddos, stop by for some great toddler food ideas from lots of busy moms! Thanks to Lindsay for including Penelope and me and for putting together this helpful series!
