Hi, I'm Rachel.

A few years ago I could barely boil water.

True story.

Determined to be a kick ass wife, I developed a love for football and learned to cook in my tiny Jersey City kitchen. I spend my days working in Manhattan, my nights and weekends chasing after a rambunctious toddler, and the hours in between cooking with my husband and feeding my TV habit...oh, and I blog about it all!

Scenes from the Weekend

It was a busy one friends. Has Daylight Savings kicked anyone else's butt this morning? I'm spent today. And since I did in fact do a bit of baking (and lots of partying), today I'm not bringing you a recipe or review, but some pretty photos to get you started this morning.

You can find me at the gym every day this week.

What did you do this weekend?

Looks like you had a yummy weekend!!

This weekend, Hubs caught up on his Dexter (season 4), so I watched and laughed as he tried to guess what would happen. He screamed at the end of Season 4....such a great show isn't i? We also had a yummy party with friends!

This morning TOTALLY kicked my bootaaay! I could not get up and I struggled!!! Good thing I had time to make my coffee!

Spring forward is not as pleasant as it sounds. PS Ummm that food looks delicious! I love the fruit tray arrangement.

What a way to sum it up! I was wondering how to get everything I did and made this weekend into one post and a stream of pics like this just makes is so short and sweet...I love it :) P.S. Just discovered your adorable blog and I'll be back much more frequently now!
